Before that, as Chief Commons Officer at Sage Bionetworks, he helped unlock informed consent for mobile clinical studies adopted by Apple, Android, and the NIH with millions of research participants enrolled. His technical background spans standards work at W3C, a visiting scientist role at MIT's Project on Mathematics and Computation, and as founding CEO of a pioneering knowledge graph bioinformatics company.
