John Strafford is the Vice President of Business Development at Isomorphic Labs, where he focuses on turning complex scientific and clinical concepts into high-impact strategic partnerships. Since joining the team, John has been the driving force behind the company’s major collaborations with Novartis, Eli Lilly, and Johnson & Johnson.
With 20 years of experience in biotech, John has a long track record of using strategic insights to build long-term value. Before his time at Isomorphic, he was SVP and Head of Business Development at Silence Therapeutics, overseeing alliance management and new product development. John holds a PhD in Biochemical Engineering from University College London and an MRes in Bioinformatics from the University of York.
