John Boghossian is CEO and co-founder of Kadence Bio, a clinical-stage therapeutics company developing novel therapeutics in sexual health and mental health, two large and underserved markets. He is also co-founder of Pangea Bio. He previously served as CEO of Quercis Pharma and VP of Operations at Compass Pathways (NASDAQ: CMPS), where he co-led fundraising of $260M including the IPO. John brings extensive operational expertise in scaling biotech companies in stigmatized therapeutic areas or modalities. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPhil from the University of Cambridge, and a BS from MIT.
