Dr. Jia-Ming Chang acquired the PhD degree in Biochemistry from Medical school, National Taiwan University and trained as postdoc in Academia Sinica. In 2004-2019, he was recruited as director of pharmacology, deputy executive director and executive director of Institute for Drug Evaluation Platform, Development Center for Biotechnology, Taiwan. In the meanwhile, he also involved in education as adjunct assistant professor in the department of applied chemistry, National Chio-Tung University and in the Institute of Medical Science, National Defense Medical Center (NDMC). His research focuses on the cancer, immunology and gene therapy, and he published several SCI peer-reviewed papers, book chapters and issued patents. He also serve as consultants for the committee of genetic modified food, and as the editor of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 9th Ed. the Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW), Taiwan. He is the committee member of Bureau of Standard, Metrology and Inspection in functional food field, the ministry of economic affair (MOEA).
