Jeff Boesiger is the Managing Partner of the Ospree Consulting Group and has over 30 years of experience in biopharmaceutical operations, including leadership roles in program management, manufacturing, supply chain, and process engineering. He has worked with both start-ups and established companies alike and is focused on taking a strategy-led approach to decision making within operations as well as to program delivery. His areas of expertise include product program management, supply chain strategy, decision analysis, partner selection (CDMOs and CROs), quantitative modeling, due diligence, and organizational design. Prior to consulting, Jeff was the Head of Product Operations for Biologics at Shire, where he was responsible for the global manufacturing strategy for their $5B biologics portfolio. He also held various roles of increasing responsibility at Genexa, Baxalta, Baxter, Nektar Therapeutics, and Amgen. Jeff is an Adjunct Instructor in the Riggs School of Applied Life Sciences at the Keck Graduate Institute (KGI) and a member of the Industrial Advisory Board for Northwestern University’s Master of Biotechnology program. He earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
