Jee Yoon currently serves as Head of Research at RudaCure, leading the development of novel therapeutics for sensory dysfunction. Since November, Jee Yoon has overseen drug discovery programs across ophthalmology, pain, and pruritus, integrating AI-driven in silico modeling with experimental validation.
Previously, Jee Yoon led the In Silico Clinical Research Center at Syntekabio, where AI-based platforms for virtual screening, ADMET prediction, and PBPK modeling were developed and validated. Jee Yoon’s expertise spans target identification, structure-based drug design, and preclinical development, supported by multiple patents and scientific publications.
In addition, Jee Yoon has actively participated in global partnering forums, including the BIO International Convention, building strong experience in international collaboration and business development. Jee Yoon focuses on establishing strategic partnerships to accelerate drug discovery and deliver first-in-class therapeutics to patients.
