Jarret Su, MD/Attorney, is co-head of healthcare & life science at KPMG in Taiwan. Dr Su has dedicated his professional life in various areas, especially in healthcare, biotechnology and pharmaceutics. As a medical doctor, he had over 20 years of experience in medical practice. He had been a member of IRB, school of Medicine, Washington University in St. Louis, USA, as well as the member of advisory commissions of TFDA and CDC in Taiwan. Under his medico-legal expertise, Jarret facilitates bio-medical institutes or companies to participate in capital markets. He led the first sale-leaseback transaction of medical institutes and accomplished the first IPO case of Long-Term-Care services in Taiwan. Dr Su also provided advisory services for Ministry of Health and Welfare, such as Acts of regeneration medicines, Act governing food safety and sanitation, Human biobank management Act. The abundant experiences and great enthusiasm have empowered him to be the pioneer and an expert in the BIO-ICT and healthcare fields. Jarret earned his MD and PhD degrees from National YangMing ChiaoTung University in Taiwan, and LL.M. in IP & Tech Law from Washington University in St. Louis.
