Jack Castle is Chief Business Officer at Ochre Bio, a preclinical biotechnology company pioneering RNA therapies for chronic liver diseases through the integration of big data, machine learning, and human model systems. He leads corporate strategy, business development, finance, and operations, and has driven multiple high-profile partnerships bridging data science and therapeutics, including a $1 billion+ regenerative medicine collaboration with Boehringer Ingelheim and a $37.5 million foundational data and AI analytics deal with GSK. Before Ochre, Jack was Chief of Staff in Deloitte’s Life Sciences Strategy practice, advising global biopharma on R&D transformation and advanced analytics. He began his career in global health and investment banking, and holds a degree in Applied Economics from Cornell University.
