Hilary Stiss is the Senior Director of International Affairs at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), where she leads the organization’s global advocacy strategy. She oversees BIO’s international engagement across Europe, Asia, and other key markets, with a focus on trade, pricing and reimbursement, global supply chain resilience, and broader market access issues. Hilary also serves as Executive Director of the International Council of Biotechnology Associations (ICBA), advancing international collaboration on biotechnology policy.
