Hervé Poulet, a trained veterinarian from the Alfort National Veterinary School in France, has over 25 years of experience in animal health R&D. He currently serves as Director of Strategic Partnering for Animal Health at Boehringer Ingelheim. Throughout his career, Hervé has focused on vaccines and biotherapeutics, particularly in the field of oncology. He began his journey as the head of the virology lab at Rhône-Mérieux and later assumed various roles within the R&D team of Merial, which was acquired by Boehringer Ingelheim in 2017. Hervé strongly believes in the power of partnerships to accelerate breakthroughs in animal health. His mission is to improve the health and well-being of animals, both now and in the future.
