Dr. Greta Garrido is the Founder & CEO of Sebastian BioPharma, a preclinical platform biotechnology company developing second-generation antibody–oligonucleotide conjugates (AOCs) to address tumor-intrinsic immune resistance. She brings 15+ years of experience translating immuno-oncology research into IND-stage programs across RNA therapeutics, biologics, and engineered cell therapies.
Known for bridging deep biological insight with disciplined execution, Dr. Garrido has led programs from target discovery through IND-enabling development, with hands-on experience across platform design, biomarker strategy, CMC alignment, and regulatory interactions. As Founder & CEO, she is responsible for company strategy, capital deployment, execution planning, and advancement of the lead asset while building long-term platform value.
