He has built and led Pharma R&D teams from startups to mid-sized companies, moving 15 programs into the clinic, 2 of which lead to drug approvals. With his impressive track record of translating innovation into value for businesses and investors, Dr. Croston is leading Focal’s efforts as Chief Operating Officer.
