Gina Song is the Senior Director of Business Development at Schrödinger, where she drives value creation for the company’s proprietary drug pipeline and oversees strategic platform collaborations. With over 16 years of experience spanning biotech business development and healthcare investment banking, Gina has successfully steered numerous complex in-licensing, out-licensing, research collaborations, and M&A transactions. Prior to Schrödinger, she held leadership roles at several biotech firms and advised on healthcare IPOs and M&A during her banking career. Gina earned her B.S. and M.S. in Biology and Microbiology from Tsinghua University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.
