Gavin Liu is the Senior Director for Legal Strategic Transactions at Astellas. He previously led roles in law firms Latham & Watkins and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Gavin specializes in biopharma partnering, as well as the areas of corporate law, intellectual property, M&A, licensing, contracts, public company compliance, joint ventures and public equity offerings. He received his JD from the University of California Berkeley and has a Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience from Duke University.
