Eric Falcand has over 35 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry in General Management, Business Development, Alliance Management and commercialization. After early years in commercial operations at Virbac and Synthelabo (now Sanofi), he joined the 2nd French pharmaceutical group Servier in 1997 where he gained General Management experience in heading the organization in Russia and then becoming CEO in the UK. He then became Vice-President, Global Head of Business Development for the Servier Group in charge of M&A and BD activities, and in particular in oncology. Since November 2023, Eric has become CE0 of the fast-growing Italian private pharmaceutical company Neopharmed Gentili with the objective to accelerate its internationalization and its access to innovative drugs. He is also on the Board of CYTEA BIO, a Swiss preclinical-stage biotech focusing on allogeneic cellular immunotherapies. Eric holds a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine, a Masters in Industrial Pharmacy and a MBA from EM Lyon.
