Ebru Davidson, JD

Ebru Davidson brings extensive commercial, legal and governance expertise to QBiotics, with more than 17 years’ experience advising listed and unlisted companies on equity capital markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, complex corporate transactions and regulatory matters. She has advised on a number of significant capital markets transactions and brings deep expertise in growth-stage companies and regulatory frameworks. Ms Davidson was an advisor to QBiotics between 2015-2021. Since joining QBiotics as General Counsel in 2021, Ms Davidson has been deeply involved in Board matters, investor engagement, strategy development and corporate governance, playing a key role in supporting the Company’s strategic and capital markets objectives. Prior to joining QBiotics, she was a partner in Thomson Geer’s Equity Capital Markets team. Ms Davidson holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne and a Juris Doctor (Honours) from Bond University. She is an Associate Member of the Governance Institute of Australia, having completed a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Ms Davidson currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Kazia Therapeutics Limited (NASDAQ: KZIA) and Non-Executive Director of the Centre for Eye Research Australia.
