Dora Adanić

Dora Adanić (M.Econ) serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Genera Research Ltd., Croatia's first biotechnology company, specializing in clinical-stage development and manufacturing of recombinant human Bone Morphogenetic Protein (BMP) therapeutics for regenerative medicine. In her dual leadership role spanning more than five years, Ms. Adanić oversees the company's operational and financial strategy, working closely with the executive team to advance Genera Research's flagship product OSTEOGROW-C toward Phase III clinical trials and commercialization. She leads end-to-end management of clinical trial operations and BMP manufacturing processes — from planning and regulatory compliance to monitoring and closure — ensuring rigorous adherence to international standards and project timelines. Her core areas of expertise include clinical trial management, biopharmaceutical production, project and financial management, business development, and organizational leadership. She has played a central role in securing and managing significant non-dilutive funding from European Union programs including the EIC Accelerator, Horizon 2020, and FP7 Health, while building strategic partnerships across academia and industry. Ms. Adanić is committed to driving sustainable business growth, operational excellence, and the advancement of BMP-based regenerative therapies that address critical unmet medical needs worldwide.
