After trained as a medicinal chemist and an intellectual property expert, Doo Young Jung has founded Pinotbio, Inc., in 2017. He has led the discovery program of Pinotbio's proprietary CPT payload PBX-7016 and its licensing to Celltrion and US biotech Conjugatebio. PBX-7016 is currently employed in 5 preclinical and clinical stage ADC programs, all of them showing excellent balance of safety and efficacy. He is serving as a CEO of Pinotbio from its foundation and has led several rounds of fund-raising to raise total 60M USD from its foundation. He is currently leading Pinotbio's dual payload ADC development programs and also preclinical development of PBX-004, potential best-in-class ITGB6 ADC candidate.
