Dr Hallahan is department Chair of Radiation Oncology and the McDonnell Distinguished Professor of Medicine at Washington University. He has successfully exited from several biotech start up companies and founded MedGyde, LLC, which develops therapeutic antibodies to cancer specific antigens. He holds 38 patents and is a member of the National Academy of Inventors and a Fellow of the American Society of Therapeutic Radiation Oncology. He leads a team of a dozen researcher who are focused on the development of cancer therapeutics.
