David Arthur is Vice President of Strategy at BostonGene, a biomedical software company dedicated to improving clinical trial decision-making and design to accelerate the development of new medicines for cancer patients.
David earned his PhD in Biology from the University of California, San Diego, and his MBA from Duke University.
David brings nearly 20 years of experience across pharmaceutical drug development, with a multidisciplinary background spanning Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Discovery R&D, Portfolio Strategy, Business Development, Competitive Intelligence, Marketing, and Sales. His experience across oncology, autoimmune disease, neuroscience, neurodegeneration, pain, ophthalmology, and diabetes provides him with a broad understanding of the complex scientific, clinical, and commercial pathways required to bring innovative medicines to patients.
At BostonGene, David provides strategic direction and leads execution of key collaborations with pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners. He integrates deep scientific expertise, AI-driven innovation, and pharmaceutical industry insight to help partners optimize development strategies and advance precision oncology programs.
