A mathematician and AI expert turned biotech entrepreneur, she holds an MSc in mathematics and bioinformatics and has spent her career leading AI products from idea to market in early-stage startups - each one tackling a real-world dynamic system.
Beyond her technical work, Dalya is a longtime mentor and community leader in tech, championing knowledge sharing and career growth for the next generation of builders.
In recent years, she became convinced that the most exciting thing she could do with her tech background was to advance biology. That conviction led her to found Renasis Bio, where she's pioneering a new generation of RNA-targeting therapies powered by AI — with a broader vision of one day modulating every RNA regulatory process to unlock entirely new classes of medicine.
