Dr. Cynthia Isaac leads the Corporate Affairs Practice at Syneos Health, delivering strategic advice, corporate branding support, executive visibility, thought leadership and corporate communications counsel to healthcare companies. She works with CEOs and executives across a range of companies, from Fortune 500 to emerging startups. Dr. Isaac is an expert in helping companies define and tell their story, to unite their stakeholders around a shared purpose. She applies a strong understanding of the healthcare industry’s competitive landscape and increasingly challenging sociopolitical dynamics to help companies build thought leadership platforms that both effectively position them against peers and provide a solid reputational foundation to buffer external headwinds. Cynthia frequently speaks at, and moderates sessions, and has contributed thought leadership perspectives at trade, local and national forums pertaining to Diversity Equity and Inclusion, women’s leadership, corporate communications and thought leadership best practices, employee engagement, among another topics. She obtained her PhD from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York, in Cell and Molecular Biology. With six years of laboratory experience, she is the author of several papers in peer-reviewed publications and has presented at various scientific conferences.
