Corey Gray

Corey Gray is the Co-Founder and CEO of Bullseye Biosciences, a Boston-based biotech building an automated evolution platform to discover intracellular macrocyclic medicines against high-value protein targets long considered “undruggable.” Bullseye’s engine integrates continuous in-cell evolution, automation, and AI-enabled data generation to rapidly create and optimize orally bioavailable macrocycles for challenging protein–protein interactions. Prior to founding Bullseye, Corey spent over a decade in biopharma, most notably at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, where he led cross-functional teams across research, development, and commercialization. His career has spanned research, data analytics, portfolio strategy, and marketing, giving him a systems-level view of how breakthrough science becomes real medicines for patients. Corey is a first-time CEO and values-driven leader focused on building durable companies rooted in humility, progress, and doing the right thing. He is an active member of the biotech founder community in Boston. Corey holds a strong commitment to unlocking new therapeutic frontiers that can meaningfully improve patient lives.
