Chuck Lemire has almost 25 years of experience in the digital and biotechnology space. After earning his BS in Biochemistry at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Chuck began his career with Sanofi. Starting as a Lab Technician, he quickly gained experience as a Quality Supervisor and Business Analyst and eventually moved to a Senior Director role in IT, becoming an SME in technology and digital systems. After 19 years with the organization, he oversaw a successful transfer of data systems from Sanofi to Resilience when it was acquired as part of the network in 2021. Chuck currently serves as VP of Enterprise Systems and Infrastructure of Resilience, leading digital innovations across the organization.
