Christina Bevilacqua, PhD

Christina Bevilacqua is Senior Director and Regional Lead of Sales & Business Development at Resilience, with almost three decades of experience in biopharmaceutical development, MSAT, and process development across Oncology, Immunology, and Metabolism. She has held leadership roles at Genentech, Lonza, Bionova Scientific, Curia, and now at Resilience, where she has built and led global, cross-functional teams. Christina is recognized for her ability to bridge scientific, technical, and commercial functions, driving collaboration, process improvement, and results in complex global organizations. She brings practical insights at the intersection of science and business, with a focus on biopharmaceutical innovation, process development and scale-up, leadership in global organizations, and building high-performing cross-functional partnerships. She is the inventor of two international patents for media development, and received a Significant Recognition Award from Roche’s intellectual property legal team for her contributions for innovation. Christina holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of San Diego and completed an advanced certificate in Clinical Research Conduct and Management at UC Berkeley.
