Chloe Evans

Chloe Evans is currently Deputy Director General at France Biotech and is also Head of market research and international relations. Since 2016, she has been coordinating market research and industry publications for the association, conducting policy impact assessments and business intelligence. Since 2019, Chloe Evans has been overseeing international relations for the association and its interactions with other associations. Ms. Evans is also vice-chair of the healthcare council at EuropaBio, the European association for biotechnology companies. Before joining France Biotech, Chloe worked as a strategy consultant for the healthcare sector at Bionest Partners, and later at D&Consultants, where she conducted various strategy and marketing missions for technology transfer offices, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, and clusters. Ms. Evans holds a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry (BSc) from the University of Manchester (United Kingdom) and a master’s degree in European business from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP Business School) (London/Paris).
