Cameron Lillie-Liberto is a Patient Experience Consultant, speaker, and kidney patient advocate whose life has been shaped by chronic kidney disease, dialysis, and transplantation. Born with kidney failure, Cameron has spent decades navigating the realities of organ failure and the challenges patients face while waiting for lifesaving treatments.
Drawing on his lived experience, Cameron works with healthcare organizations, patient advocacy groups, and industry leaders to bring the patient perspective into conversations about innovation, access, and the future of kidney care. His work focuses on helping healthcare professionals, researchers, and organizations better understand the human impact of kidney disease and the opportunities to improve patient outcomes.
As a leader in the kidney community, Cameron serves as the facilitator of the Saddleback Kidney Support Group and is a frequent speaker on patient-centered care, transplantation, and life on dialysis. He is passionate about ensuring that patient voices play a meaningful role in shaping the future of organ transplantation and emerging technologies such as xenotransplantation.
