Caitlyn Krebs is a biotech executive with more than 20 years of experience advancing therapeutics, diagnostics, and digital health innovations from concept through commercialization. She is Co-Founder and CEO of Nalu Bio, where she leads the development of next-generation cannabinoid-inspired therapeutics focused on pain and inflammation.
Before Nalu, Caitlyn served as Chief Business Officer at an early cancer detection genomics company, COO of Neurotrack, a digital health company focused on Alzheimer’s prevention, and VP of Business Development at Rock Health, an early digital health venture fund.
Earlier in her career, she led corporate development at biotech start-ups Tethys Bioscience and Entelos, supporting innovation in diabetes diagnostics, predictive biosimulation, and drug development. She also served as President of BayBio, Northern California’s leading biotechnology trade association, helping shape the region’s Life Sciences Strategic Action Plan.
Caitlyn has completed more than 50 strategic partnerships and business transactions across biopharma, diagnostics, and digital health. She earned a BS in Biology with honors from Brown University.
