Dr. Robert Hughes holds the position of Senior R&D Advisor at the cGMP manufacturing facility in South Haven, MI where he has been located for 16 years. Dr. Hughes has held various scientific positions over his 26-year career in the pharmaceutical industry which includes stops at Roche Colorado, Pfizer and Boehringer Ingelheim. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Northern Michigan University and a doctorate in organic chemistry from Wayne State University, which was followed by a postdoctoral position at Colorado State University.
