Austin Hackett, M.D. is a Vice President of Business Development at Innoviva where he helped lead the acquisitions and integration that formed Innoviva Specialty Therapeutics, a rapidly growing critical care and infectious disease business. Austin is also President of Nortiva Bio, a subsidiary of Innoviva that offers a proprietary, long-acting oral drug delivery platform that transforms standard oral therapies into once weekly or monthly pills. Prior to joining Innoviva, Austin was a management consultant with McKinsey and Company. Austin holds an M.D. degree from Columbia University.
