Arvind has served as RayzeBio’s Chief Financial Officer since November 2021. Arvind led RayzeBio through $160 million Series D financing in September 2022, $347 million IPO in September 2023 and $4.1 billion sale to BMS. Previously, he was a healthcare investment banker for over 13 years at BofA Securities from 2008 through 2011, most recently as managing director, having advised on over $100 billion in transactions. advising biopharmaceutical companies on strategic and financing transactions. He earned a B.E. in computer science from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India, and an M.B.A. from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
