Ariel Kantor, Ph.D., is a scientific leader, company founder and operator with over 10 years of experience building and transforming genetic medicines companies. He heads ReCode's Business and Corporate Development functions, and plays a critical role in growing, scaling, raising capital, and advancing the Company's clinical-stage pipeline. Prior to ReCode, Dr. Kantor was an investment banker with Evercore Partners, advising numerous public and private companies on buy- and sell-side transactions. He completed his PhD in Clinical Neuroscience at Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar, and has founded 3 companies in the fields of precision medicine, applied genomics, and epigenetics.
