Anna Zamojska-Jaroszewicz is the Director of Drug Substance Manufacturing at Rezon Bio, where she leads GMP manufacturing operations of biologics, including upstream and downstream processes, ensuring compliant, reliable, and efficient delivery of drug substance to global clients. With over 20 years of experience in bioprocessing, including more than a decade in the biopharmaceutical industry, Anna brings a strong combination of technical expertise and operational leadership within highly regulated environments.
Anna has been with the organization for eight years, playing a pivotal role in the Duchnice manufacturing site from the initial investment phase through start‑up and successful EMEA and FDA GMP certification. Throughout her tenure, she has held several key roles across operations, biosimilar development programs, and manufacturing. She has led the Drug Substance Manufacturing as Director for nearly 2.5 years.
Prior to joining Rezon Bio, Anna held various positions in R&D and technology development organizations, focusing on API development, bioprocess optimization, and the scale-up of complex biological processes.
She holds a PhD in Chemical and Process Engineering (Bioprocess Engineering) from the Warsaw University of Technology. Anna combines deep scientific expertise with a strong operational mindset and is committed to building robust manufacturing organizations that deliver high‑quality biologics to patients worldwide.
