Dr. Anita Bellail is Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of HB Therapeutics, a preclinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering molecular glue co-degraders targeting KRAS-driven cancers - one of oncology's most significant unmet needs.
With more than 20 years of experience in cancer biology, targeted protein degradation, and translational drug discovery, Dr. Bellail brings deep scientific expertise and operational leadership to HB Therapeutics. She has served as Principal Investigator on multiple NIH SBIR/STTR Phase I and II awards and established strategic collaborations supporting the advancement of novel therapeutic programs.
Dr. Bellail leads all aspects of corporate strategy, business development, and scientific operations, with a current focus on advancing HB Therapeutics' first-in-class KRASmut/CRAF molecular glue co-degrader program and its proprietary endogenous E3 ligase degradation platform.
She is a recognized expert and invited speaker at leading international conferences on targeted protein degradation and oncology drug discovery.
