She has over 28 years of practice on all aspects of patents including patent drafting, patent prosecution, patent invalidation and reexamination, patent litigations including patent administrative litigation, patent infringement litigation and patent linkage litigation in the areas of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, chemistries and diagnostics industries. She has extensive experiences in building and managing patent portfolios to help clients leverage IP rights in business strategies and transactions. Amy serves a wide spectrum of clients ranging from small biotech companies to multinational pharmaceutical companies. Amy has a master degree in Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry from Dalian University of Technology in China, a master degree in civil and commercial law from the China University of Political Science and Law, and a LLM degree in Intellectual Property from the John Marshall Law School of U.S.A..
