Dr. Amit Singh currently is the Director of Formulations and Early Delivery Discovery at Mote Therapeutics and leads all the platform development activities across our two sites. He received his MS (2003) and PhD (2007) in Biotechnology from India. Dr and has worked at various academic and industry institutions in the areas of devices, sensors, drug delivery systems, early/late-stage drug development, process development and scale up for drug delivery systems. He has nearly 15-year experience working on preclinical and later-stage design and development of novel nanoparticle-based systems for delivery of nucleic acid-based therapeutics. He has published more than 70 scientific publications including original research articles, reviews and book chapters. He was the Head of Nonviral Gene Delivery at Takeda Pharmaceuticals prior to joining Mote Therapeutics where he led multiple programs and third-party collaboration from early stage LNP platform to late-stage pre-clinical development.
