Recent M&A experience over the last 6 months includes advising Nuvalent on its $10.6 billion sale to GSK, Curevo Vaccine on its up to $1.5 billion sale to Lilly, Centessa on its up to $7.8 billion sale to Lilly, Dynavax on its $2.2 billion sale to Sanofi, and Bluejay Therapeutics on its up to $820 million sale to Mirum. Mr. Seyferth received his BA from Princeton University and lives in San Francisco.
