Albert Thigpen currently serves as an Operating Advisor to Nautic Partners assisting in current and prospective portfolio companies. He is Chairman of the Board at Empirx Health, and an acting board member of SPS Health, and Pantherx Rare Specialty Pharmacy. Albert has held numerous C-Level and Senior level positions in his 30 plus year career in the PBM, Pharmacy, and Supply Chain industries; most notably at United Healthcare/OptumRx, Catamaran, and CVS Caremark.
