Alasdair is a principal in KPMG's Healthcare and Life Sciences Strategy practice, where he leads the precision medicine team. He has over 20 years experience in strategy consulting across commercial, R&D, supply chain and business development specializing in inorganic growth, commercial and operational strategy, and portfolio optimization for biopharma, labs, diagnostic and health system clients, as well as private investors. He has spoken at many international conferences, including the Milken Institute’s Future of Health Summit. He holds a PhD in cancer research from the University of Glasgow, Scotland
