Abigail Allen is a Program Specialist with the US Department of Labor, Office of Apprenticeship in Region 6, based in San Diego California. She serves as a National Industry Liaison for Agriculture, Telecommunications, and Tech and is the State Director for the Pacific Territories of American Samoa, CNMI, Micronesia, and Marshall Islands. In addition to the above she oversees a portfolio of over 200 programs and approximately 30k apprentices nationwide.
