Dr. Aldayel is a researcher, scientific leader, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in biotechnology and pharmaceutical formulation, specializing in nanomedicine and advanced biologics. His work focuses on nanoparticle-based delivery systems for cancer, inflammation, aging, and rare genetic diseases, using platforms such as siRNA, CRISPR, and monoclonal antibody (mAb) therapies, with expertise spanning formulation, preclinical models, and clinical research.
He has held academic, industrial, and leadership roles across national and international institutions and currently serves in multiple senior leadership positions. He leads multidisciplinary teams across partnerships, contracts, and innovation, and has led international collaborations and negotiations delivering high-impact agreements.
Dr. Aldayel has contributed to global biotechnology initiatives, secured research funding, co-invented multiple patents, and published numerous peer-reviewed articles.
