Dr Yuanfeng Xia is trained as a biologist. He obtained bachelor degree from Peking University in 2002 and completed his PhD study at Vanderbilt university in 2008, major in pharmacology and biological sciences. Upon completion of his education, Dr Xia joined WuXi Apptec between 2008 and 2023. Dr Xia oversaw more than 100 discovery programs, 60 of which have completed IND studies, 40 of them are now being evaluated in clinical trials and 3 of them were approved in China.
