A seasoned bio-pharma executive with general management, research, translational, early/late-stage drug development, and medical affairs experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech drug development setting, with practical and knowledge-based skills that may be utilized to promote organization's leading position. The accumulated experience is from a range of companies and positions providing a strong basis for an ability to support key executive roles. Overall, more than 2 decades of industry experience including the management and oversight of a pre-clinical and non-clinical pharmaceutical research groups (including a vivarium facility), the establishment and management of a translational/early development department (pre-IND to Ph1) within the TA, an oversight of externalized discovery programs via collaborations/partnerships with other companies and academic institutions, and the creation of an internal drug development engine to support the overall portfolio strategy.
