Xavior plays a leadership role at Merck working to accelerate equitable access to care through health equity and digital & data solutions. This involves working across both internal and external stakeholders and groups to align Merck's corporate objectives and profile with the company's outside constituencies: first and foremost with patients, as well as their medical providers, payers and public health agencies. Xavior combines extensive non-profit public sector experience with a background in public health that includes a Masters in Public Health Administration from George Washington University. Xavior is a US Army veteran who served as a non-commissioned officer and deployed oversees.
