Victor Liang is Senior Director of Business Analytics and Strategic Advisory at Pi Health. In this role, Victor is responsible for business insights generation and strategic planning to support corporate and business development. His work focuses on enhancing the company’s eClinical solution portfolio and improving community oncology practice's access to clinical trials. Before joining Pi Health, Victor served as Director of Applied Innovation Partnership and Expansion at BeiGene, where he led business planning and financial forecasting for the Pi Health spin-off. His experience at Guidehouse included management consulting for pipeline development and commercialization, with particular focus on oncology and rare diseases. Victor began his career at Huashan Hospital in Shanghai, where he established a regional clinical research network and participated in multiple trials that helped several therapies receive their first market approval in China. Victor holds medical degrees, MBBS and Master of Medicine in Internal Medicine, from Fudan University, and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
