Dr. Vicki Moulton is a physician-scientist and clinical development professional with over 15 years of experience across academic research and industry. She is focused on advancing clinical trials through patient-centered approaches and brings a thoughtful, science-driven perspective to the development of therapies for immune-mediated inflammatory diseases. As Medical Director of Clinical Development at Zura Bio, she contributes to the design and implementation of clinical programs that are scientifically grounded and developed with clinical objectives, scientific priorities, and patient needs in mind. Prior to joining Zura Bio, Vicki held roles at Johnson & Johnson in Translational Science and Medicine within the Immunology therapeutic area, where she supported clinical development planning and trial execution. Earlier in her career, she served as an NIH-funded investigator and Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School, in the Division of Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where she led patient-focused research in autoimmune diseases. Vicki values collaboration, thoughtful trial design, and operational efficiency. She is especially interested in approaches that help make clinical research more inclusive, responsive, and aligned with the real-world experiences of those living with complex health conditions.
