Tran Le is the co-founder of Grove AI. Diagnosed with multiple chronic conditions, she experienced firsthand the frustrations of enrolling in clinical trials, motivating her to build better, participant-centric solutions. As an AI researcher at Stanford Medicine, Tran developed systems that boost patient engagement and streamline clinical-trial operations. At Grove AI she now applies that expertise—working with leading clinical researchers and AI engineers—to deliver personalized experiences for participants seeking clinical trials. Tran holds a BS in Computer Science (AI) and an MS in Management, both from Stanford University.
