Terri D.. Conneran, BSc
Cancer Survivor & Founder
KRAS Cancer Connect | KRAS Kickers
Terri Conneran’s journey with KRAS cancer began in 2017 with a Stage III lung cancer diagnosis, followed by five recurrences. A cancer recurrence prompted her to seek a second opinion, which led to the critical discovery of her KRAS G12D biomarker. Understanding that strategically informed patients live better and longer, she founded KRAS Kickers, a nonprofit dedicated to connecting and empowering patients, caregivers, and advocates through Knowledge + Research + Advocacy = Survivorship.
Launched during the COVID-19 pandemic, KRAS Kickers continues to expand as a vital online global patient empowerment group for all KRAS-driven cancers, fostering side-by-side learning among patients, caregivers, researchers, and clinicians. Through education and collaboration, the organization has established itself as a trusted hub, bridging the gap between cutting-edge research, clinical trials, and patient engagement.
Under Terri’s leadership, KRAS Kickers works to break down barriers in healthcare outcomes, literacy, and equity refered to as KRAS holes across all channels. She believes that hope shared is hope multiplied—uniting patients, researchers, and advocates with the goal to kick cancer’s KRAS.
Working to overcome all gaps, barriers, KRAS holes for better healthcare outcomes literacy and equity. Hope is shared, is hope multiplied. It takes us all to kick cancer's KRAS!
