Saré Largay is Chief Officer North America Biomedicine at Miltenyi Biomedicine, where she leads the company’s transition from clinical-stage to commercial-stage, including preparation for its first product launch. She has over 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with a focus on rare diseases, oncology, and cell and gene therapy, and has contributed to 11 successful drug launches. Sare has held leadership roles across start-ups, mid-size biotech, and large pharmaceutical companies, with expertise in commercialization strategy, market access, patient services, pricing, reimbursement, and end-to-end launch planning. She has led cross-functional teams across clinical, regulatory, medical, and commercial disciplines to support integrated development and execution. Prior to Miltenyi, she served as Vice President, New Product Launch & Business Insights and U.S. Transplant Franchise Head at Takeda. She also held executive roles at Clementia Pharmaceuticals, Sanofi, and Genzyme. Sare holds a BA from Connecticut College and a JD from Suffolk University Law School, and is licensed to practice law in Maine and Massachusetts. Her work spans early development through commercialization, with a focus on building scalable capabilities that support launch readiness and patient access.
