Rose has 20 years of B2B business development experience in the staffing (finance & accounting), military defense (electro-optics & noise reduction), and biotech CDMO industries. She joined her first biologics CDMO, Therapure Biopharma, which was acquired by Resilience, in 2017 and then worked for Northway Biotech and Emergent BioSolutions before her current role at Cytovance Biologics. At Cytovance, Rose is the Senior Director of Business Development responsible for new mammalian and microbial clients; liaising firsthand with clients and technical teams to deliver competitive solutions to clients’ needs. Rose has a dual economics and film studies bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College as well as an executive track MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP).
